This mobile application was built to help users in their daily use of their leasing car.
The client wanted to offer their customers a digital tool centralizing all information and services related to their leasing contract. Before the app, users had to call customer service for every request, generating delays and frustration.
02The product
The app functions as a true daily companion. It allows users to view contract details, track maintenance schedules, report technical issues, and locate nearby partner garages through geolocation.
A points of interest (POI) feature enriches the experience by adding useful information about the user environment: gas stations, parking, car washes, and charging points for electric vehicles.
03The outcome
Push notifications alert users about important deadlines: next maintenance, contract end, technical recalls. The app significantly reduced customer service call volume while improving user satisfaction.
